Welcome to Elle Cee’s!
I have loved baking and art for years and was inspired to combine the two and start Elle Cee’s in our quiet little town of Soledad, CA. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Leadership from Southern Virginia University and grew up watching and learning all of my baking skills from my mom. I have two darling little boys and love having a creative outlet using sugar!

Alexis – Delivery Assistant
Alexis goes on all deliveries and is helpful in every way. She is going to school to become a plebotomist, although we’re hoping she’ll stay in the cake business! Alexis is such a valuable asset to our team and we are so grateful to have her on board!
