Camera Cake
My BFF’s hubby , you know, my photographer BFF (check her out HERE) got a hold of me and wanted to order Jessica a cake as a ‘congratulations on your business’ from him and Lily.
I set off to carve her camera.
I felt like I was on Cake Boss, with my carving knife and everything!
It turned out Ga-reat!

I had a cake consultation today with the CUTEST family. The mom, Sylvia (I kept calling her Sophia on the phone…ooopsie), Mariah and her darling baby Isabella and Adam (who I used to substitute teach when I subbed last year). They talked to me about what they wanted on a three tiered birthday cake celebrating the three brothers. It’s going to be A-mazing when it’s finished. I can’t wait to do it!
Mariah made a comment that was music to my ears, she said “It’s about time someone around here starts doing cakes like this!” I love what I’m doing and love that I’m in an area where the potential to grow into a thriving business is a reality.
I made them a goodie plate to take home. These oreos are a favorite around our house lately…we scarf them down! In fact, my husband had gone to work and there were 2 cookies left and he actually thought they would still be there when he got home.
