Two Tiered Cake- Take 1
For my first take at a two tiered cake I wanted it to be girly. What’s more girly than bright pink?
The cake was chocolate with a vanilla buttercream filling. If I hadn’t refrained myself I would’ve eaten the entire cake…let me re-phrase, if my husband hadn’t refrained me I would’ve shoved the whole thing in my mouth. It was DE-LI-CIOUS.
My layers are still uneven and the fondant didn’t cover exactly how I wanted it to, but I knew I was on my way to finding a passion for caking.
I learned a lot from this little cake…and was growing more and more confident. I kept begging friends and family to let me make cakes for them.
